2.      Peace Pipe will edit and forward emails within 8 hours of receipt

3.      Peace Pipe reserves the right to refuse forwarding on emails that contain threats, abuse or are negative in entirety

4.      Peace Pipe will not act as a mediator or negotiator in correspondence

5.      Peace Pipe will not provide legal advice to either party

6.      Peace Pipe will not provide psychology or counselling advise

7.      Peace Pipe is not liable for the mental health of engaged parties and can not be held responsible for illness suffered from any communication received either directly or indirectly from the service.

8.      Peace Pipe will save all edited and unedited correspondence in the event of a court subpoena or police investigation

9.      Peace Pipe reserves the right to contact police if correspondence includes threats to commit violence.

10.  Peace Pipe is a communication service and is not liable for the physical safety of engaged clients. If you feel unsafe or in danger, you should call police immediately.

11.  Peace Pipe subscriptions are established for a minimum of three months, before reverting to a rolling month-by-month service.

12.  Peace Pipe subscriptions are established with one party and whilst the other party can be requested to contribute, no guarantee is made that the second party will share costs
